Bien mais à améliorer
1ère commande
C’est la première fois que je commande via l’application et j’ai eu un peu de mal avec ma commande (pas très à l’aise avec internet) j’ai donc appelé macdo sur mairie de Montreuil. Mon interlocutrice a été super sympa et surtout hyper patiente. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !
Paiement et déconnection
L’appli est bien pensée, très pratique avec une navigation très simple. Petit hic je suis souvent déconnectée quand je m’en sers pas régulièrement. J’apprécierais aussi de pouvoir commander sur l’appli mais en payant au retrait de la commande et non en ligne car j’ai des tickets restaurants format papier.
Déçue
Pour la 1ère commande quelle déception!!!! Je commande un big mac bacon et j’ai juste un big mac.... nul
Bugs Bugs et Bugs
Expérience que je ne renouvellerai certainement pas de si tôt : impossible de commander une livraison : « le paiement n’a pu aboutir ». J’ai essayé 2 fois de suite, en vain. Bref 20 minutes de perdues! Dommage. On se passera de mc do et de cette appli nullissime.
Lenteur extrême
Plus de 20 minutes pour préparer une commande validée sur internet ...
Trop d’erreurs
Les enfants aiment bien, mais il y a constamment des erreurs dans mes commandes .....frites, sandwich, ou sauces manquants, erreurs de boissons..... Il y a manifestement un gros travail à faire sur la façon de préparer les commandes, car il est très frustrant de se rendre compte une fois rentré chez soi que l’on a pas ce que l’on avait commandé.
